However the training purpose, President Park Geun Hye’s Government has a plan to recruit around 120 top young country talented hackers; the Government has applied full scholarships to every 120 hackers or programmers if, in return, they serve seven years in the military service. The Government is planning to double the number of hackers in the country to 1,000.
