BSNL to Start 4G Services From January
If we talk about 4G services in India, the first thing to strike our mind is Reliance Jio. Well, Reliance Jio is the only company which has provided free and unlimited 4G data along with calls and SMS to every Indian. Following the trend, other telecom companies including Airtel, Vodafone etc have chosen to follow the same track. The only company which is running slow till now is BSNL. Well, the State-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited already have 2G and 3G services. The company also offers few mind-blowing offers for internet users. However, the company lacks on the 4G section. The good news is BSNL is all set to launch its 4G services from Kerela next month. According to a top company official, BSNL is all set to launch its 4G services from Kerala next month, followed by Odisha. Well, the company hopes that the 4G services will enable its mobile customers to enjoy faster data speed and will also improve the user experience. BSNL chairman and Managing Director Anupam Shrivastava told PTI “We are going to start 4G from Kerala. That will be our first circle on 4G LTE. We will initially focus on those areas where 3G coverage is low,” “Once the additional 5MHz spectrum comes to us, we will start rolling out in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and other places. So the network will become 2G, 3G, and 4G with enhanced data capability” Well, BSNL right now has over 10 crore mobile users across India. The company expects to roll out 10,000 4G towers by March 2019. So, what do you think about this? Share your views in the comment box below.
